Rick is home. He is in his recliner sleeping at the moment. He has some really good pain meds that have knocked him out. I am very tired. I will write a better update later. For now I am going to unpack and rest. It is going to be a lot of work taking care of Rick. He has some major restrictions. But for now I am just going to enjoy the fact that we are home.

I stumbled upon your blog because of pancreatitis search. I am praying for you and your husband. I went through the exact same thing that your hubby went through 8 years ago. I had an ERCP to retrieve a retained stone in my pancreatitic duct...(I had had my gallbladder out 3 weeks before)Let me just say...that was the WORST pain ever. I was in the hospital for over a week...and I don't recall most of it either. Pancreatitis is awful. I wanted to die...my poor husband thought I was going to die. I just wanted you to know that I feel for you.
